Every time I watch him it seems like he's having a disagreement with someone in the chat about services. He's quite cocky and I'm not totally hip on the way he talks to people in a degrading manner when they don't understand his gift payment system. Not my cup of tea. Too much drama
She creates such a kind and calm place where you can communicate your thoughts. Cards are full of good advice and well as her caring and thoughtful approach brings much needed hope even when the cards aren't as positive as hoped.

Not his skill in question, it's his rapid explanations and moving people on to get to the next. People like to look at their cards, and understand. Needs to slow down. It's all a run on sentence.
