Update- She was finally caught and arrested on 2/10/25 for assault on an elderly lady. Tabitha Arnold - Aka: Hippeeharlee (HH) is a scammer. I wouldn't even give her one star if I could get by with it. She also lies about being autistic and homeless. She's best known on Tiktok for fake crying to gain sympathy of her viewer's so that they will gift her. She freeloads off of anyone that will take her in and then once the people realize how she is, she goes in to the next place and repeats the cycle. She also has a dog, Peter. It may look like she takes care of the dog but she neglects that poor dog. Please be aware of this woman. Research her on TikTok. All the proof is there. And just so that you know, there is no gang stalkers, however there are a lot of people on tiktok that is aware of how she is and trys to warn others of her.

All she does is cry and dump her problems on everyone asking for cash. Proven scammer. Tired of this content. It's ruining the app.

One of the biggest scammers on tiktok. Not autistic, chased her child with a knife, sexually assaults young boys and feeds them drugs when she was in Slab city. Everything she says is a lie, right on down to her little dogs birthday and origin story, there’s a reason why no one will help her and her family wants nothing to do with her until she gets mental help.
